Leading Innovative Change, a 6-week executive development program, delivers participants the ability to gain greater command of their company’s needs and more effectively identify and implement innovation opportunities in a fast-moving and competitive landscape. The program offers a strong case for reaffirming innovation practices and offering new ones. It will be effective in shaping the minds and hearts of those managers who must embrace the changes necessary to truly innovate in the workplace.
- Understand how to refine ideas and effectively pivot by performing rapid experimentation and prototyping
- Complete a personal leadership assessment to identify your strengths and weaknesses as an innovative leader
- Expand organizational capabilities by taking an Open Innovation approach
- Identify promising new service offerings within your organization and market
- 6 week duration, 30 hours to complete requirements
- 10 hours of on-demand, HD lectures
- Professor interactions, office hours and group learning
- Facilitated Intra-Company Team Meetings
- Final Deliverable, which integrates weekly activities
