Global Collaboration

By design, programs foster strong engagement and collaboration between our global community of executives. Our unique online campus and live events bring learning and the traditional on-campus experience together on a web-based platform. All of our programs engage managers from some of the world’s greatest companies in superior executive education from elite business schools. We serve nearly one thousand participants and program alumni globally.

The ExecOnline network is a unique, multi-stakeholder community of action-oriented and entrepreneurial leaders from over 35 countries—all with diverse capabilities, interests, and perspectives. Via engagement in our program, you will enjoy a culture that encourages open exchange of ideas with this global community of exceptional executives with whom you can share knowledge across industries, executive functions, and national borders.

ExecOnline Global Partnership

Intra-Company Colloboration

You will be paired with another participating executive, known as a “Buddy,” from your company to serve as a collaborator during meetings and with assignments. We encourage Buddies to provide each other with feedback and support. You will meet with your Buddy at times and places of your mutual choosing.

Live Engagement with Global Community

Interacting with peers and experts is a critical feature of your learning experience, and your program includes many opportunities to engage with both fellow participants and faculty or coaches. The live, interactive events allow you to connect, share, discuss, and practice what you are learning. This will deepen your understanding and strengthen your application of the areas most vital for you and your organization. Your live experience includes:

Live Meeting Structure

Team Meetings

Company-Specific Teams of 6-8 executives meet three times during the Program to further explore the applicability of course content to your company’s priorities and strategic objectives. These meetings, which are facilitated by ExecOnline representatives, provide great opportunities to interact with your colleagues in a close and confidential environment, where issues can be addressed and strategic plans formulated. Attendance is required. In addition to engaging with your colleagues during the three Team Meetings occurring during the Program, executives also take part in a special post-Program Team Meeting called a Capstone Meeting. Capstone Meetings generally occur the week following the end of the Program. During this meeting, which is facilitated by an ExecOnline representative, you and your colleagues will share your strategic plan. Depending upon your organization’s preference, you may be joined by others, including program participants from your organization who are part of other Teams, HR representatives, and members of the broader organization.

Section Meetings

Cross-Company Sections are comprised of approximately 60 executives from 6-8 participating companies. As a Section Member, you will take part in three live Platform based meetings featuring Q&A hosted by professors. These meetings bring further insight and depth of understanding into that week’s lectures, build closer involvement with faculty, and bring about greater awareness of the challenges and achievements of other organizations and industries.
